Welcome to Triple O,

As founder and managing director of Triple O Property Maintenance, and a former 'corporate citizen; I know what it's like to reach that point when you realise it's time to leave the constrained life of an employee and become your own boss. I also know the stress that comes with operating a business on your own without any support and guidance of experienced people who are there to help you succeed.

You may be interested to learn that successful property maintenance franchisees can come from all types of industries. In fact in my former life, I was a senior manager employed by some of Australia's leading banks and financial institutions. Numbers may have been my game but endless meetings, travel and long hours that came with the job really wore me down.

Working on the tools has always been my passion. After renovating many properties, I decided being my own boss was the way to change my life!

Before too long, I was running my own property maintenance franchise business. I built this into a profitable business that had up to nine sub-contractors and later sold for a tidy profit. I learnt early on that franchising was for me. The benefits of group marketing and advertising and back office support cannot be underestimated.

My experience as a franchisee and previous leadership roles then led to a lengthy period in state and national operational roles in the franchise sector. First for a large Australian handyman franchise group and then later with a leading building franchise group.

It's the value of almost 15 years industry experience that has led me to establish Triple O Property Maintenance. At Triple O we are passionate about delivering excellent service to our clients and providing a great business model for our franchisees, yes a real business not a job, so that you can do what you love and get the best support to achieve your goals... it's a true partnership, because our success is based on your success.
