    Franchisee induction training

    This is an important part of our new Triple O franchisees induction process. We offer a comprehensive training course that covers the Business and Practical sides of running a Triple O franchise.


    Customer service

    We focus our customer service around our three O's - On line, On time and On Budget, and explore the keys to providing excellent customer service that sets us apart from other providers.

    Business planning

    You complete a business plan, local area marketing plan and projected cash flows. Then we use these strategies and apply them to the day to day running of your business.

    Marketing & lead generation

    We complete a personalised marketing and advertising campaign to ensure you receive leads from commencement. We present a range of ideas to assist you with the creation of work.


    One of the most significant keys to success. You will practise creating a wide range of quotes in the system. We will discuss the traps for new franchisees to be aware of and how best to convert your quotes into jobs.

    Health & safety

    Triple O has ensured we are compliant with all aspects of work health and safety and have an WH&S Manual to Australian standards. In this part of the course we will review those typical work health and safety issues that you may meet on a day to day basis.


    The course provides you with comprehensive training in all of our customised online systems and intranet.

    Practical training

    You will have the opportunity to practise and demonstrate your handyman skills. We undertake live quoting and review, along with job completion.

    Ongoing training

    You are supported with an induction day. Plus ongoing support through our franchisee support program that monitors and assists you with key areas of your business.
